Poultry: All poultry assumed without skin, roasted.

Preparation Instructions:
Spread Neufchatel cheese on tortilla. Spread cranberry sauce on next. Place turkey over tortilla. Place lettuce over turkey. Roll up and secure with toothpicks if desired. If you want to make ahead of time you can wrap finished roll in plastic wrap and refrigerate. Serve with strawberries. Enjoy with some herbal iced tea.
